If you are member of costco, they have ca pizza $100 gc for $79.99 cost. Same with Elephant Bar, Wolfgang, and few other restaurants.
This.
I hate to threadcrap, but I'm done with these offers. I used to take advantage of these "buy $x in gift cards, get $x bonus," but never do now; I just don't see the value. In cases like asimo points out, it's a no-brainer; I'd much rather get $100 in CPK for $80 from CostCo. Where that's not an option, I'll gladly exchange $90 of Discover CashBack for $100 in g/c for various restaurants. I'll also redeem points which don't have a convenient/efficient cash-out option, like AMEX Rewards, TYP or PenFed Travel Rewards points, for restaurant g/c at face value. Or I'll go to the grocery store and buy restaurant g/c at 5% CashBack, often with other incentives like grocery store bonus g/c or fuel rewards. Or I'll just pay my restaurant tab with a rewards card that's giving 5% or more on restaurant purchases directly.
There are two main reasons I eschew the "bonus" g/c offers. First of all, there's typically a limited timeframe in which to redeem the bonus card. If I don't happen get to that restaurant during the time period, I lose the card value. I've found myself inventing reasons to go to a particular restaurant during the bonus period, just so I can redeem the card. That, of course, is the intention of the bonus card deal, and I don't like being manipulated. The other problem with these bonus cards is that in many cases (Outback and TGIF spring to mind) they are treated not as gift cards but rather as coupons. As such, they can't be combined with any other offer or coupon. This further reduces their usefulness and value. I can almost always get my hands on a $5 or better coupon, either from the newspaper, Facebook, website, or rewards program. So that makes the gift card automatically worth $5 less than its face value.

YARD HOUSE
Buy a $50 gift card, get a $10 gift card. It does not appear that there is any expiration on the bonus card, you just can't use it until 1/1/13. You can do it thru their website, shipping appears to be $1.95 for FCM.
HOLIDAY BONUS CARDS • TERMS & CONDITIONS
You may earn $10 bonus cards on qualifying gift card purchases now through December 31, 2012. Earned bonus cards will be issued as separate cards, are not available as added value on gift card purchases and must be redeemed on a future visit. Bonus cards are redeemable beginning January 1, 2013, for dine-in only food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at Yard House restaurants or at Yard House Bar & Grill. Bonus cards are not valid for gratuity, alcoholic beverages, retail merchandise, gift card purchases, take-out, happy hour or delivery.

STIR CRAZY/FLAT TOP GRILL
Buy $100 gift card, get a $25 gift card. Their website is broken at the moment (link goes to a file instead of website) but in the past the bonus card has been good starting mid-January and valid until mid-late February. Last year, my Costco had their gift cards for $79.99 so I bought those instead. But they haven't had them in a while and I do not see them on their website so I may have to buy them at the restaurant this year. My experience is that managers will take expired coupons.
Too bad none of my credit cards have 5% back on restaurants this quarter.
Has anyone found any Gift Card deals for clothing stores? I believe American Eagle, Charlotte Russe, Aeropostale, Victoria's Secret, and others do a yearly gift card bonus where you buy a gift card and get a $10 cash card free. Looking to buy quite a few cards for co-workers and family, so this would be really helpful!

Del Taco is giving a free meal certificate for every $25 purchased. The meal certificate needs to be uses by 2/28/13. Or if you don't want to deal with the meal redemption you can buy a $100 Black card and get a regular $25 gift card as a bonus.
