How can you pricematch to an E-tailer like TigerDirect? Also, when you price match, doesn't the item need to be in stock? Lastly, does BB even sell CPU's?

Both of these stores have B&M locations. As for the instock status, the sales guy at tiger direct was satisfied with a prinout of the advertisement, regardless of the inventory status. Of course, ymmv. Folks have had varying levels of success on SD, so as always, ymmv.
Excellent deal, pick 1 up from one of the MicroCenter near you. I brought 1 two months ago for $290 plus tax and it has been a beast w/ overclocking. Thank you, OP.

i thought the 3770k isnt as good as the i7 2700k for overclocking, sandy vs ivy bridge....sandy is a much better overclocker?
