Never even heard of this site before. I did a little research and there were enough positive reviews to take a chance. There is an odd phone validation thing, but it worked and gave me a code for the site.
Also don't have a Paypal account and was able to use a credit card with guest checkout. Got an email with the code within seconds. Used it immediately and it worked....its legit. Go...

This worked, but note a few things:
1 - They have a really hard to find or non-existant quantity update, so you'll have to phone verify for multiple cards. 2 - I saw they had 4000 MS Points for $37.49, you can get a discount of $1 by using the following "Redeem Code" - ILikeCGT (Points only) 3 - I originally followed the initial poster's method of purchasing using non-Paypal but when I went to try and use the same card, it wouldn't let me for the second purchase. I bypassed by adding the card to my Paypal account.
I purchased 2 Live Golds and 1 Points card, received all 3 codes no problem, and all 3 redeemed without issue. *EDIT* - I'm from the US, their site says their might be issues with US and Canada redeeming certain types of cards, I had no issue overall)
