jschuman, apparently you are like too many of the warning light drivers. If TPS is telling you the tire is low, the chances are 85% (according to Tire Rack) that you have an active leak going flat and only a 15% chance of an under inflated tire. However the bottom line is even if you are "lucky" enough to be in the 15%, you have still been driving around with at least one, likely more under inflated tires for hundreds if not thousands of miles. Tires like engine oil should be checked at least monthly, better weekly, not when the warning light comes on. If you read your warranty book, when the lights come on the instruction is usually shut off the motor, or pull over to the side of the road or seek service immediately. not pull out you guage and check the pressure cause it's TOO LATE. Loslonelonelyman you are lucky that your wife is wise enough to want to check her own tires, Jschuman could learn from hear but he apparently is busy being anal with some other friend.
