Seems like great deals on the most expensive ones, so-so deals on the cheap (relatively) ones, and not a lot (at least for men) in the middle price range. In previous years I have seen Aquaracer automatic for something around $1200-$1300 but nothing in that range today. Thanks OP.
Liked their GMT automatic (WJ2010.BA0591)with ETA 2893. Did some digging - turned out Hamilton with the same movement can be had much cheaper. Do not care about quartz ones - they are WAY overpriced anyway. Just for your info!
just to show you how much the prices have gone up, the lady formula one quartz with diamond bezel and bracelet (CAC1310.BA0852) is now $1599, and the lady forumla one quartz with diamond bezel and strap (WAC1215.FC6219) is now $1199.
during the LVMH f&f sale last year the exact same watches with either the bracelet or the strap was $999. in 2007 during the 1st LVMH f&f sale the same watch with the strap was $895. i bought one for my wife that year. we had the genuine tag bracelet installed for about $165 at the movado Factory Outlet Store a few years ago.
costco was selling the same watch with the bracelet for $1400 recently.
I do not see this website listed on Tag's "Authorized ERetailers" page so you are probably buying at best gray-market watches if not altogether counterfeits. I would stay away from them, just like I would never buy Tags from Amazon who states clearly they are not an authorized dealer.
Also FYI do a quick cross check with reviews on Amazon for some of the models. I found some negative reviews on this model (time not being accurate which was extremely surprising)

I'd certainly hope what you stated were true..however when you are putting down $2k+ for something that you'll find a problem much later down the road, I wouldn't make an assumption that the negative reviews came from Amazon purchases.....best to cross reference and avoid the models with problems.
