I'm not sure why it isn't working for some people. I've tried again on several different products, including gift sets, with success.
I was able to locate the following exclusions for the offer, though: gift cards, spa services, and shipping charges. I'll alert our account representative for Kiehl's to see if we can get some clarification.

Can not get Joyful code to work. I've seen this reported other places online. Tried Chrome, IE, cleared Cache, etc.
