Not quite the same, but I was able to get CashBack a couple of weeks ago with Chase. Usually its just the stores own gift cards that don't qualify.

No. iTunes cards are for apps, books and music, while Apple gift cards are for devices.

Get a $20 statement credit if buying $200 or more when using an AMEX card synced w/Facebook ( see http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/hot-deals/1235298/ ).

In store only today, OfficeMax has $50 iTunes GCs for $35. My store told me there was a limit of 8 per customer. Other people have been told limit 2, so the limit may vary from store to store. Just another option for folks that have OM nearby.
