I like this card for its low power requirement and high efficiency.

Would make a nice HTPC card if that's what you're looking for - this gets it down to 6670 pricing levels with better power consumption. I can't find any reviews of the DDR3 version to see how much it limits the Cape Verde GPU vs the standard GDDR5 that's on most 7750's, although the DDR3 should actually help lower power consumption a bit under load.
In the end, I went with the MSI 7770 that is only $10 more after rebate. It should idle at close to the same power and will rarely run under serious load in my usage.
