in NYC the website says it's even available now in a few stores in Manhattan. got a pretty positive review on about.com, all concerns on the website and Amazon seem to be regarding quality control at Westinghouse. good price though certainly.

It's not out of stock from what I can see. Sells for $100 more on A mazon, but has a ONE STAR rating, with 3 reviews. Most other reviews online say, and I paraphrase; Westinghouse sucks, their warranty sucks, their support sucks, this TV sucks.....shall I continue?
