I'm tempted, but keep in mind the reviews of these lines of TVs - they are across the board low in comparison to the competition (other TVs with similar *list* prices and capabilities). Most people wouldn't notice the lower picture quality compared to other brands, but it is worth noting that item. Also, this doesn't include any 3D glasses, so you have to buy your own and take that into account, which can easily add another $140-$225 to the total for 4 pairs of glasses.
