Can't find reviews on this SSD, so not sure if it's actually a good deal.

This is not the Sandisk Extreme drive. Specs found on SanDisk.com:
specs: read, write, random read, random write this drive: 490 MB/s, 350 MB/s, 7K IOPS, 2K IOPS SanDisk Extreme 240GB: 550 MB/s, 520 MB/s, 39K IOPS, 83K IOPS
The random read/write are a lot slower (though I have no way to know what this means in real life). The fact that the SanDisk Extreme 240GB SSD has been found for $140 on a semi-regular basis means you should probably pass on this.
