yes sorry, the shipping was $2.99. my other items totaled $22.09 that was for 2 HD invisishields and 10 bags.

It seems only first 3 bags are 0.12. When I added 4th one, $0.25 was added to the total.
3 bags = 0.36 4 bags = 0.61 (or 0.36 + 0.25)
