Just got an e-mail from Capital One:

Only bad thing is I already placed the order for two brushes, and I paid with PayPal (which still uses my Capital One card).

I already tried to cancel the order to re-order and pay directly with the CC, but it's apparently too late to cancel (ordered 3 1/2 hours ago). I called drugstore.com CS, and he said he'd send a message to the warehouse directly to see about canceling it still. If that doesn't work maybe I'll call Capital One CS and ask them to credit me, since I did pay with the CC, just through PayPal.

At least you other Capital One people should be able to take advantage.

UPDATE: Capital One automatically credited the $10 even though I paid using PayPal.
