I think this is the same one which was offered on the black friday. We got the last one in the store. But when I tried it on my iPad 4, it became a disappointment. The magnet won't stick to the iPad. It makes the iPad go on and off, on and off. Even though the price is so good, I returned it the next day. So don't expect too much. If it works, lucky you.

I purchased 2 yesterday for my kids Kindle and they fit great. Really nice for the price. They were in a separate round cardboard display accross from the other more expensive cases so I nearly missed them. The item number on the back is THZ166US.
