What is wrong?
it doesn't say that anywhere on the P&G ACTUAL OP rebate form that I can see. Don't go by what Walgreens says, go by the MIR form. that's what counts.

Interesting. The Walgreens website says "This item the professional Care 8850 is excluded from all Oral-B mail-in rebate programs." So I am not sure whether the $15 crest rebate will exclude Oral-B 8850.

you send the rebate to P&G, NOT TO Walgreens. if the rebate form DOES NOT LIST THAT EXCLUSION then what is the problem??
