Tiger's econo shipping is pretty bad. For me, in Reno, it would take 12 days. Plus, per Tiger's website, two or more carriers could be used, tracking numbers may not be available, only one delivery attempt permitted, and so on. Not a very attractive delivery option. Also, I've never heard of the rebate outfit, so don't know how reliable they are.
Usually FedEx or UPS does a hand off to the post office who then delivers it at their leisure. The post office usually just doorbell ditches it but if you miss it then they hold it for you at the post office...
