Jet Screenshot is a screen capture service enabling you to share screenshot via the internet in seconds. It allows you to take a screenshot, edit it and send it to the Web, so that you can immediately provide anyone with a link to the image. Such an approach allows you to speed up sharing of ideas, facilitating further discussion. It’s ideal for remote work of programmers, designers, QA testers, bloggers, technical assistance specialists, sales managers, etc.
Jet Screenshot helps make online communication easier by using images and it does it in a quick and convenient manner. You press PrintScr and select the screen area that you want to show to the other party. Add visual markers and click “Share in Web”. Jet Screenshot turns the image into a URL that is automatically copied to the clipboard. All you need to do now is to press Ctrl+V to send the URL to the person you are chatting or exchanging emails with. Jet Screenshot does not require any third-party tools on either end of the line. The other person just has to click the link you sent them.
Jet Screenshot is a not just a simple screenshot tool. It is service that helps you to communicate easier. It’s hard to explain why it is cool using text, but after several days of using you can’t imagine your on-line life without it. Check yourself!

Make sure that you visit this page: http://my.jetscreenshot.com/promo/jsh-12m-gaotd ...after downloading this program. Once you provide your email address and make up a password, an email will be sent to you with an activation code. Go to your email address, enter this code. Then "right click" the jet screenshot icon on the bottom of your screen, select "paid...." and enter your email address and password once again...this will give you "paid access" rights for free...for one year

I use Windows Snipping tool, Capture the whole screen or just crop the part you want. It has Email, highlighter and pen built into the program.
But MSFT Snipping Tool does NOT Print. Microsoft apparently does not know how to print. One of my most uses is to print out a piece if the screen and it always irks me that I have to paste it into some other program first to print it.
