Qualifying means.. sold by Amazon. Those only "fulfilled" by Amazon are not included. Good deal nonetheless.

Used it to buy the LEGO Malevolence. Not the lowest price but since I missed it in YoYo.com and during the Thanksgiving frenzy, it is not a bad deal if they have something that you really wanted.
