I couldn't get the 15% code to stack. Do I need to start over and add it first?

What do you think it means? Of course they are being cancelled !

Got the same thing. No big deal. I ordered a shirt for the wife and maybe if she liked the quality would have ordered other stuff but since they cancelled the order they wont get any of my business

I could see them cancelling multiple orders since it said one per customer, but they should at least let one go through, no?

I placed 9 orders the other day and they all have processed and 5 have shipped (4 already received). I wouldn't be surprised if the last 4 were cancelled.

Ditto, but only for 1 of 2 orders. Card also shows charge for 1 as opposed to showing for 2 earlier.

Placed one order; was charged (actually OVERcharged by these imbeciles) and received a confirmation email and then a couple of days later a cancellation. Guess who is getting a one star review on yelp.com? Yeah: American Apparel. And I better get my funds back. - E
