Only WiMax. I have this phone and the WiMax ranges in speed from 10mbps to .5mbps depending on the time of day, location, etc. More than fast enough to stream music no matter what, which is going to be the important part for most of us. I do Netflix sometimes with varying results (again, depends on location/tower and time of day). Web browsing is plenty fast.

This is my new phone and I love it. It's so much more responsive than the Triumph I just sold on CL.

Does anyone know if you would continue to get Wimax signal once they move to LTE, or will you get less speed once that occurs? For that matter, does anyone know when the full rollout to LTE is?
I'd like to get it and leave Straight Talk but didn't know if it would be worth getting Wimax based 4g, or getting a cheaper phone and waiting for LTE availability.

Is there any chance to get a local store to price match? I was hoping to get this as a gift for someone and I have my doubts it will arrive in time by ordering online with their overnight shipping now.

I just went to Target and they MATCHED Virgin Mobile's online price. They said all stores are doing this web site matching until December 26th. Took it from $229.99 to $149.99 and I didn't have to wait
