I wouldn't give 20 bucks for a refurbished 4gb mp3 player. You can get some new for very little more.

I have this exact same player. It even went through the wash machine and still worked. And it's a refurb I got a couple years back. My only gripe would be the headphones were quite uncomfortable for jogging. But my Skullcandy Titans work just fine.
