? that refurb isn't the same laptop. That only has integrated Intel HD 4000 graphics, while the Newegg deal has a dedicated Nvidia 635M graphics (albeit not a top notch graphics chipset, but better than integrated)

I am a fan of this laptop with or without integrated graphics. My current laptop is the previous model Z570 which is almost the same as this one. It makes a great work and home laptop. A little heavier than the plastic laptops but very sturdy.

Went to write my Newegg review, showing in stock now.
First impression wasn't great, seemed a bit laggy and I kept opening "charms" with the touchpad. Once I put in a SSD and updated the touchpad driver, the laptop works great. Super fast with the SSD, boot up is almost instant. Once I updated the touchpad driver to the one from the Synaptic site, Windows 8 was more livable, the driver gives a menu click box to get rid of all the charms gesture menus that I seemed to constantly open by accident. To be fair, I'm probably getting better at Win 8 as well which is leading to less frustration.
It's not the best ever but I can play Guild Wars 2 on it with decent settings so it met my needs. Nice to have to option to game a little on my living room couch instead of having to be on my gaming rig in my home office.
