Hmm...good question. It's under Video games - XBOX 360 - Accessories at Buy.com and under XBOX Live Points on Best Buy. Doesn't seem to be categorized either way. ??

I believe this counts as a game and not as a gift card, but I will try to pin down a definitive answer.
42.99 with tax I was going to post this but decided against it because of the tax.

Are there places that just sell a code they can email you for the same price? I got in on the Newegg deal last week (via eBay) but shipping time, especially during the holidays is a bummer
