Yes, fake (not saying these are -- I don't know either way). Companies in China will buy cheap class 1 cards and knock off the packaging for expensive pro cards, to sell them at a far higher price. So they are CF cards but not of the performance advertised.
This doesn't have the hallmarks of a fake, as they claim it comes in the sealed retail box, but how hard is it to make a box?

They do make fake boxes. Just google it and check out the forums and articles. Be very careful with any type of flash media on eBay.
