complete typical big box rip off, same mattresses are on Sealey Website for same amoutn everyday pricing.

The Macy bed is crap if it'll be slept on every night. If it is a guest room that gets used a few times per year, the price is great and it starts off very comfortable. If it is your daily sleeper, it'll fall apart much faster than any other bed.
