You're right. Although Fry's, WalMart's, and LG's website all list only 1 HDMI port, the spec sheet from LG's website says "HDMI™/HDCP In 2 (Rear)." I will update the OP.
Im really tempted, but a little nervous about the Frys return policy....

I saw this in store yesterday; there is no VGA port; I presume you can use a PC with the HDMI ports (native hdmi or dvi -> HDMI), but my HTPC is VGA only, so I feel your pain.

I didn't look at it very closely, can't buy it until I figure out if I can watch my recordings without a vga port. They didn't have the 3d glasses on display though.
