NC is a big state.. $1.25 at South Asheville NC store. Yes NC IS a big state. I go to your area twice a year & it is a LONG trip. Perhaps I should have mentioned my area.
I found the price can vary by store. Found both the $2.49 and $1.25 at stores in El Paso, TX. Problem was I could only find quantities of 2 or less at each store.
Thanks OP--we've been looking for a tree. Unfortunately, I placed an order for instore pickup, a bunch of lights as well as a tree. Got a call half an hour later cancelling the order, saying that they haven't had the stuff in stock for a week and don't know why the Web site is listing it as available (it still does). So you may want to wait for an order confirmation instead of assuming the instore inventory is correct.
