There not toys and you treat them just like the real deal . ( Be safe at all times )
We have a separate range just for air guns and when open there is a Range Officer on duty there too.
Keep you guns and ammo locked up at all times.

In for one. Worst case scenario - will try it and sell on eBay for the same price

Ok, lets try this again. My first post got deleted by the moderators. This isn't a bad air pistol to be out in the field with. Its cheap, in that you don't have to purchase Co2 carts. Its a good tool to teach shooting to youngsters with that isn't as dangerous as a firearm.

Ok sure, but they are still classified as toys. No background, no FFL needed. If a 10 year old can walk into the store and buy one, they are a toy.
Great little pistol. I owned one years back. Got annoyed of single shot with multiple pumps though. Plenty of power.

Amazon doesn't ship any airgun/airsoft to NYC. Yeah, it really sucks to live here...

None of my ranges have an air section.
Black-powder rifles and pistols don't require a FFL or BGC as well.
Either does my Tannerite.

Sort of an interesting loophole that you can buy a replica SAA and a conversion cylinder (separately) for it without an FFL.

Its completely legal to manufacturer your own guns for personal use only without having an FFL*. Most people just lack the machine shop to do it with.
(*Federal law only, your state laws may vary, IANAL, tag title and dealer fees extra)

N41, my son will love it. I will let him take it to school, since it's a toy. Just kidding.

How does it compare to .22 pistol from the WalMart deal couple days ago?
