No way. It's regularly free after rebate, and the 1-year sub is still free. Combine with the free Sphere product and you can use one code right after the other to get 2 years (note: sphere is like Total Security, but includes Android/tablet protection for unlimited devices). Your code will also be good for upgrading to 2014 next year.

seems like a good deal to me. in for 1. no way I'm waiting on rebates. plus seems like the fry's deal needs for you to buy additional tax software.

Sorry- didn't realize new rebates require tax purchase. What I said still holds true- this exact product was free after rebate several times over the last year, and this price is very large compared to their usual deals (example). EDIT: Sphere does not require tax purchase. Buy it, and use it for a year. It's bound to go free-after-rebate again before then.
