Hmm...just a fleece jacket. Though it's northface, why is it so expensive? Is it really warmer than other fleece jacket?

The logo makes it warmer.
This jacket uses their proprietary ClimateBlock, it's probably similar to any fleece jackets with Polartec 200 or higher (windproof/water resistant).

Not sure if it's considered fleece. Fleece lining but outer shell seems like a water repellent material. I wear L usually, but my Apex is a M. XL or XXL, I imagine, will be HUGE. Great jacket. Lightweight. Actually keeps me warm in cold windy environments of NorCal.
