I just had a bad expericnce with a Zotac rebate. Don't know if its a widespread problem.

The last Zotac video card rebate that I did was back in 02/18/12 and didn't receive the check until 5/16/12. They do take their own sweet time to mail out the check.

i have read exactly that, about their rebates, the zotac cards are also on the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to component quality

Last time I submitted a Zotec rebate I received it in 1 month.
