Finally! Something to take my anger out on!

I picked this up a few weeks ago for my son and was surprised to find out it was a kit, including gloves and the bracket to hang it. The part number is the same, so I'm assuming this one is the kit also. The gloves are cheap, but they kept my son happy.

Where does the bracket rest! I am thinking of getting it for my kids.

Most bags like this come with those items - it is a bracket to attach to a beam in the ceiling. http://www.ehow.com/how_5070457_mount-punching-bag.html

I bought this as well a couple of weeks ago and mounted it in my carport. Two 2" lag bolts screwed into one of the wooden beams. It seems to be holding fairly well so far, I had to run over to home despot to pick up another foot of chain since it was a bit high for my kids, but that's just me.

Overall, a good deal for $50. Thanks OP!

Good one, the same combo w/bracket is currently $80 at wal mart, but 70lbs. Both sizes good for small adults, kids etc.

Just a few points of reference on these from the past week- platinum 80lb everlast combo was $46 shipped to wal mart with a few throwaways, gloves, jumprope etc. Unfortunately I went with the 100lb powercore at seares for $64.49 before JUST missing out on the $80 deal with the bag powerstand + dips, pullups etc. included. because now i'm scared of tearing down the house, so maybe 60 pounds wouldn't have been such a bad idea after all.
