I haven't seen Wii U in the Costco store. I saw a Wii U at my local costco (Redwood City, CA) on Saturday, but it was priced at $330 for the deluxe. I don't know if they've matched the online price since then or not.

Since this is an online offer you can pay a "non-member surcharge" of I think 5% to get it. Costco is <3mi from my house, so I get the Executive Membership and make back my dues yearly.

I ended up returning the unit I had bought. After seeing the game reviews were ok, not great, I decided to just wait for price drops and hack my current Wii as a sufficient and more rewarding approach in the interim. The fact Wii U did not upscale the Wii games was also a major turn off to me.
