Here is what I got We do not recognize the following promotional codes: onlyyou21. Please check for accuracy and try again. And yes, I typed it in as "ONLYYOU21"... the message above is exactly what I got.

It is a case sensitive code, try copying and pasting, only works on clearance and has worked for me earlier today.

It applied fine on a laptop I was just looking at. The OP's link takes you to Best Buy's Computing Clearance page ... which doesnt appear to have TVs (just computers, tablets and printers) ... so if you're trying to use the code on regular 'ole BestBuy.com that might be your issue.
