Found 1 at Overstock for $120, same model #. Good reviews, seems the wool blend is inferior to this one, unless I'm mistaken. Going for 1, love Tumi so if it's not counterfeit it should be a solid buy. Green from me.
These were on sale here a month ago...these must be the leftover inventory.
Bought one last time and it was excellent $50.

the descriptin fro the one at Overstock says "100% Polyester" whereas this one has polyurathane which makes it waterproof...w/o polyurathane it would not be waterproof
