Bad experience with RedTag.

They sent me Toshiba Portege and it was non-functinoal. Had to go through BBB to get my money back! Nonexistent customer service. I would stay away.

Is it really refurbished or they just wipe it with paper towel?

I have a interesting comment, how can anyone non Dell can claim refurbished. It may be called on
paper towel lines, Towel-Furbished.

Just get one from Dell's eBay outlet. The auctions end at reasonable prices (from $280 - $400). I got one a few months back and it had 2.8 yrs left on it's warranty. Next day, in-home priority service. I didn't really like the unit, but had the fan replaced...in 24 hours a guy was at my kitchen counter replacing it for free.

I flipped it for a good profit. It looked brand spankin' new.
