Cabelas has bulk packs of .22LR in stock, in 250 or 500. A little pricey for typical 22LR, but if you want some tracer ammo or just want some 22, here you go.
I know it's way more than I'd pay, but for those desperate for .22, I guess it's better than loading rocks.

what you don't realize is that tracers OF ANY CALIBER are ALWAYS more expensive - this isn't your everyday plinking ammo - price .223 tracers and see what you come up with!
