Optical, you should get a keyboard with a mouse pad like me.

Don't like this speaker... it face to the side, it's an upgrade from my tablet speaker but still I want one face to the FRONT where my ears are 99% of the time.

Benefits tablet over a laptop:
- lighter weight
- longer run time, mainly due to hdd and laptop run pretty warm while tablet is cool enough to not needing fan.
- no keyboard to lay down, try standing and surf the web with ur laptop..not easy as a tablet.
- easier to carry around...sadly not as easy as a smartphone.

Downsides
- I hate the touch keyboard..which is why I got the bt keyboard with touch pad mouse. Pull out whenever I want, it's not a need.
- a bit slower than laptop. Lag a bit when surfing the web.
- a few restrictions cause it's android OS.
- oh, I found out no printing on tablet.

I had a tablet laptop that the screen can twist and fold to use as tablet...it was very heavy to hold one hand.
