Might also want to look at the 110 HS instead, it drops the wifi transfer and touchscreen controls and gives you the tried and tested typical Canon physical buttons. Some reviews indicate wifi to be slow and touchscreen to be not as responsive, also less battery life due to wifi, larger screen.
Both Best Buy and Amazon have it for $138.99. CB at BB, no tax at Amazon for some.
I have the ELPH 530 HS with touch screen and Wi-Fi. The touch screen actually is not bad. The Wi-Fi is slow. But it is very useful that you can transfer the pictures from camera to iPhone/iPad directly without hot-spot.
