Newegg has the following FAR again

Symantec Norton Antivirus 2013 - 3 PCs
$45 - $45 MIR card exp 3/20/13

Note: parago seems to have begun enforcing limits on rebates per product...so if the rebate is "invalid" be prepared to call them

I apologize if this is a repost, this will be added to QS of main thread, and thank you for reading this

WARNING: New egg will not help you enforce broken symantec rebate system. This is a huge YMMV.

"Symantec reserves the right to deny rebate requests if excessive requests are submitted per customer or
household or if other factors indicate a violation of these terms and conditions."

how do you send in for a download version?

i was mistaken...(i can't find the download version link) but at this moment, I would only try symantec rebates only on the box versions and very cautiously...

In December I purchased Norton 3603user fron both Fry's and Newegg. During my rebate process I mixed up the UPC's for each rebate. Naturally both rebates were denied. I was able to correct each rebate using Symantec Chat at the same time.

FWIW, the last norton rebate i did was before 1/5/13....both of my nortons went through without a hitch...however, I started seeing more and more people encounter problems...I only do it on a "need-to" basis...(need to convert rewards or if my mom needs a newer version of norton)

on a personal note, i've encountered issues when parago gave me the hard time for intuit, McAfee, kasperky, and Trend Micro...but I think this is a rebate processor issue

I always check out this website before buying anti-virus software - www.windowsmac.com - My personal favourite is AVG because it does what it says and i like the fact that it's as unobtrusive as possible.
