Yuck! I bought one at full price. See that red connection in the middle of the shaft...it kept twisting. I returned mine within a week. I went MUCH higher end with a STIHL and have been very happy! I will say my previous Craftsmen worked for years but the newer stuff isn't made the same!

rebranded chinese Greenworks and craftsman look the same. Do your research, read reviews for similar greenworks.
