Thanks OP

Nice post OP. Free ship code, anyone?

the crocs "specialist" I found were black only for men's sizes.  Designed for work use. No openings.   The pictures in this post are misleading (grabbed from main page by bot). Not that style. Women's or kids have blue or black available.

I will never understand what the appeal of these are. Obviously it's not the looks.

I'm not crazy about the looks, BUT I got a pair several yrs ago (it was a FW deal at $15 and I haven't seen the price come down to that too often) and they are they only shoe that are comfy to my feet.  It looks BIG at first, but my feet got used to the all that space in the shoes very quickly.

For people who can wear anything and not have their feet hurt, this may not be a big deal.  I think I have picky feet that needs support at the arch.  Maybe there is a special contour design to the footbed that my feet really likes.

Size 7,8 and 9 are OOS now both black and blue

They are non bio degradable and life proof.

I hate the way they look, but they feel amazing. I wish they would make a basketball version, lol. They are also ridiculously light.

Thanks for some new gardening shoes!!!

Beats washing my tennis shoes everytime i mow the lawn

Yeah, the appeal for me is:
Extremely comfortable
Easy to clean
Pretty cheap

The tan, brown, and black colors also don't call so much attention to the looks as the bright colors you see in most of their ads and the image here. But I'm married - I can wear what I want.

When you want to slip something on quick to take the dog out at night, or take the trash out to the curb, etc., they work well.

If you are a parent and your kid(s) are under the age of 10, then they can't be beat for the little ones in the summer time.  Easy on/easy off, clean up with a hose, etc.

If you are an adult and you put these on as some sort of fashion statement, well then, I agree that you may need to sit down and reflect on the meaning of things.

I know tennis shoes are not the most protective either, but Crocs seem like just a step up from socks for mowing the lawn.  Shudder.

Cool, Ishoes to go along with my iphone case.

Nothing but sizes 4 and 5 left, and they never had my size in the first place. If anyone knows where to get something in a 14 at a reasonable price, please let me know.

Definitely, it's the comfort, especially if you have foot issues.  No one wears these for the looks.

size 10 and 11 still available for the black color. Do these run true to size? I am seeing mixed answers from croc's website.

good deal...my kids wear these when they go to their swim class.
