~$250 might be the lowest you can go for a brand name 1080p 32" tv, so this is a pretty decent deal.
However, generic 720p 32" tvs go for as low as ~$150-$180.

If you really want a 32" TV, you really want a 1080p 32" TV, and you feel $269.99 is a fair price...
Check clearance on some local Best Buy stores. Several stores in the Houston area have the LG 32LN5310 for $264.99.
Note: My closest store has Model: 32LN5310 SKU: 1506316 on clearance for $299.99. What are they thinking???

My local Best Buy had a (new) 32" 1080p Insignia LED LCD for $229 (Link .) The TV and bezel looked fairly attractive. I ended up getting the 40" for $279, due to the need for a bit of a larger size. (Insignia 40" LCD )
