I have a similar model made by Kyocera that I've had for several years that still works like a charm.  If you've ever used a lesser hand grinder, these Kyocera grinders are really a significant upgrade.  Most metal burr hand grinders have too much play in them to make consistent grinds and they wear out quickly due to cheap designs.

Crap, looks like I missed it.

This deal is back. $28.99 third party (brand new store); $29.99 from Amazon. All time low price for both according to the camel.

I bit and purchased this for $29.49 from the 3rd party seller Digital Pens.  It came in a plain cheap cardboard box.  The grinder was missing the storage lid.  Upon closer inspection, the band (ring) around the burr was made out of plastic and not metal as shown in numerous videos and images.  According to other reviewers of this seller, the grinder appears to be a knock-off.
