Got these headphones in a previous deal.  They sound good, are comfortable and do a good job of blocking out outside noises at my office.  All in all, a good buy at $50.

Compared to a Koss UR20 and Audio-Technica M50: the sound is much cleaner on the HD360 than the UR20.  There is not quite as much bass emphasis as the M50.  Build quality is OK, but less solid than the M50.  The HD360 headphone cord is thin and feels fragile (though it has held up well for me so far).

One warning: the cups are small, so if you have bigger ears they may not fit inside, which might negatively affect isolation and comfort.
