Great exp with overstock and the staff who is watching over us to make our shopping exp better.

Here is my story:

I ordered a coat as as anniversary gift recently. But DHL lost my package. I got worried and contacted "da man" who was watching over us. He offered advice and references to make sure I recieved the package on time. In any case, before I even have the chance to mention his name, the customer service had sent me a replacement plus a $20 coupon six hours after I reported the missing package.

The "now" prices on overstock.com may not be the lowest, but its marketing team and customer service are one of the best. So until someone find another site where you can request a lower price instantly or have a customer service working on your side. overstock is the best place to shop.

BTW, I do not work for overstock nor recieve any benifit for posting this message. If some of you still have doubt, I can pm you the link where I orignal requested for help in another forum.
