Depending on what game it is the x800 generally outperforms the 6600gt. |

"Your rebate rights cannot be transferred, " What does this mean? I could not use my friend's address to claim rebate?

Do you have to have a DPA account to get a hold of the DPA coupons? Or rather are the $10, or $20 off coupons found only in emails? |

If you use your DPA account with the Holiday coupon, you get an extra $5.00 more off.
I don't know where the 25 off 100 is from though.

Yes, you need a DPA account to get the extra 2% off and extra $5 off on the coupon. The coupon code is different for non-DPA purchase as well. |

x800 128 review (slow site)
Edit: scratch that, it's just worse in some game FPS scores.
It's 3dmark05 is better than a 6600GT. |

thank you very much.
i guess for ppl without the DPA and all, this is what we can do:
$137 - get $10 coupon from from eBay for about $1.50 - $75 - $3.5 FatCash = $50.
thanks.

Thanks for the links comparing the 6600gt and x800, but I'm not sure it's comparing the right x800 card. In the links I'm seeing XT, XL, and GT. Isn't the one at Dell a regular x800? Sorry for all the questions...graphics card noob here. |
