Got my rebate today!

Got my rebate yesterday. It was much faster than BF X300 rebate at CC.

My rebate arrived today. I sent it in in January sometime. Yay! Took a long time though. Cheapest video card upgrade I've done in ages

I would say yes. I had absolute proof that I had called and they said the same to me, that they would reissue one. It never came. But I had written down the name and number, time, everything. I had all the proof, even the CSR's had my receipt that showed the correct purchase date. Even with all of that, they denied my rebate.

So, I called Parago corporate headquarters, or whichever company it was, and told them I was giving them one last chance to honor the rebate, or I was going to court. The lady looked through all my proof, saw that the rebate should never have been denied (they had scans of all the paperwork) and eventually issued the rebate check.

But that was several months ago. You've most like waited way too long.
