I think you need to have a Dell credit card before you can use DPA coupon. I got DPA coupon but could not use it neither.

I too got a 10 off and 15 DPA coupon from eBay, created a DPA account, and the 10 works but the DPA code doesn't. What gives! I went through the whole order process including selecting DPA as payment, but it still didn't show up. Bagged out just short of hitting "submit".
