Go here and enter code XMAWCCXM6 (XMAWBBXM6, XMAWCUXM6, XMAWULXM6 should work as well). You can get a FREE Pioneer XM2GO portable satellite radio, shipped and activated. They'll charge your CC $38.85 + tax for the first three months, then another $38.85 + tax three months later for a total of 6 months of XM service. These are activated before being shipped and the 6 months of service is non-negotiable. After that, cancel with no penalty.
The caveat is that you're supposed to be an employee of an XM retailer at the time of purchase, but there's no real verification process. If the "we reserve the right to charge, blah, blah, blah" language scares you, then move along and/or take advantage of the other myriad XM radio promos currently ongoing. This is an awesome portable satellite radio that includes built-in FM modulator, all the goodies for home and car use, recording 5 hours of XM content, etc. Some will think the risk is worth it, for others... not so much.
Now officially dead - none of the codes work anymore.
So this means you would pay $77 for a free portable XM radio and six months of service.
Now, I just got a Roady for $16 + shipping, and fifteen months of service for $77, or a total of ~$100
With this deal, I see it would cost $134.74 for fifteen months of service (original $77 plus first 9 months of a year of service at $77), and you would maybe get charged $300. The value of the radio is, of course, much higher than a Roady
mlcal said: I don't think so, says right on the website "No 1 time use credit cards allowed"
You could buy it with an existing credit card, then after getting it chop up the card and call your card company and tell them you lost your card. They will assign you a new number, give you a new card, and any charges made later to the old number would be rejected.
Thanks OP. Green for you! In for one. This is the exact item I wanted. Actually my mom gave me this unit for Hanukah just so I would know what I was getting. Then asked me to find the deal for it! I think she'll be happy paying $77, no rebate hassles, for a $200 receiver.
I did this a few weeks back. No problems at all. Gave it to my dad as a cheap xmas gift. I prefer my Roady XT to the XM2GO. Also with any of the XM2GO receivers you are NOT eligible to XM Online. Though the 5 hours of record time was nice. It did not work well at all once I got anywhere close to losing line of sight with the sky. Would be good for jogging though.

Could be a repost, I saw it on SD and was surprised when a site search here turned up nothing. Anyway, it's new to at least one FWer.

These access codes stopped working last night, so the deal appears to be Dead. Congrats to all who participated in this promotion.
XMAWCCXM6 & XMAWBBXM6 still work for me, the other two show as invalid (I checked so I could mark the deal as dead if they didn't work). So to quote Monty Python: "I'm not dead yet"
The terms do not say you have to actually *pay* for 6-months. You have to "purchase" 3 months and maintain a subscription for 6 months. According to the language in the terms, some of those 6 months could be part of a free subscription offer. Furthermore, "purchase" does not mean you have to submit a payment. Notice that you have to purchase 3 months of service only when you "purchase" the radio for $0.
"You are required to purchase three months of XM service when you purchase a radio through this promotion and to keep a minimum of six months continuous XM service. Failure to maintain an XM Consumer Plan or XM Family Plan monthly subscription for six months will result in a charge of $249." Of course, XM is not obligated to give a special offer for service. But they might give you a special on service, such as the $77 for a year. As long as you maintain the subscription for the required 6 months, you are covered.

Not true anymore. I just got the XM2go in the mail today, and I am able to use XM online just fine with the account.
